Here are Ministries In Action’s prayer needs for this week.

Please pray for Walford Thompson as he is in Lucea, Jamaica this week to lead a Church Growth Strategy seminar.  The topic of the seminar will be Direct Witness Techniques, which focuses on one on one evangelism.  Pray that there will be a good response and that lives will be changed.

Please continue to pray for the new IONA group in St. Maarten.  Marc and Aline Mailloux are currently leading an apologetics course.  They are using Frances Schaefer’s text, How Shall We Then Live?  Pray that these thrity-five students will grasp the concepts being presented and be faithful to complete their course work.

Here are Ministries In Action’s prayer needs for this week.

Please pray for MIA missionaries Lloyd and Elaine Cooke.  As we reported last week Lloyd suffered symptoms of what was thought to be a heart attack at the time.   After his symptoms subsided medical test showed no damage to the heart.  According to Lloyd either the symptoms were wrongly diagnosed to be a heart attack or God provided a healing so complete that even medical tests show no traces of the episode.  Either way God is to be praised.  Pray that Lloyd will continue to recover and that the Cooke family will be blessed during this difficult time.

Here are this week’s prayer needs for Ministries In Action.

Please pray for Lloyd Cooke, MIA missioary to Jamaica.  He suffered a heart attack earlier this week.  As this is being written, his condition is stable and he is being transferrred to a hospital in Kingston for further treatment.
